Content License

1. When the license begins

A watermarked preview is for browsing and evaluation only. It may not be published, distributed or used in a final creative. The license begins when the clean original is validly unlocked with a credit on your account.

2. License grant

For each validly unlocked clip, UGC Ninja grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit and combine that clip in organic social content, paid social advertising, product marketing and other promotional creative for you or the organization represented by your account. The license is not exclusive to your brand.

3. Editing allowed

You may trim, crop, resize, color-correct, caption, add graphics, music, voiceover, product footage, screen recordings and other creative elements. You may combine the clip with your app, game, website or product footage to create Canvas UGC and related formats.

4. Restrictions

• Do not sell, sublicense, share or distribute the raw or clean clip as stock footage, a template, a dataset or a competing library.
• Do not make a clean clip publicly downloadable or give another person access to the library through your account.
• Do not claim or imply that the creator used, reviewed or personally endorses your product unless a separate custom order expressly grants that right.
• Do not use a creator’s likeness in illegal, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, adult, political or materially harmful content.
• Do not use clips for biometric identification, face recognition, model training, face swaps, synthetic impersonation or creation of a digital replica.

5. Ownership and duration

The creator or applicable rights holder retains ownership of the footage. UGC Ninja retains the library, metadata and service rights. Your license to a validly unlocked clip continues after paid credits expire or the clip leaves the public library, subject to these restrictions. Access may be removed if the payment was fraudulent or reversed, or if a legal or rights claim requires removal.

6. Custom shoots

Custom footage may include additional deliverables, exclusivity, whitelisting, spoken claims or usage periods. Those rights are governed by the confirmed custom order. If the order is silent, this Content License applies to its delivered B-roll.
