Refund Policy
This Policy applies to one-time purchases of UGC Ninja B-roll credits. It does not limit refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. What you are buying
Pro is currently a one-time $49 purchase of 50 paid credits. Top-ups currently cost $1 per paid credit, subject to the minimum and maximum displayed at checkout. Paid credits do not expire. If you buy before using a free download and the offer is shown to you, matching first-purchase bonus credits are added and expire after 31 days.
2. Before requesting a refund
If a download fails or a file is unavailable, contact Support first. We may restore the credit, repair the download or provide the correct file. A confirmed technical failure should not cost you a credit.
3. Refund requests
Credit purchases are generally final once credits have been used to unlock content. We review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, incorrect amounts or unresolved technical failures. Submit the request through Support with the account email and transaction details. We may request information needed to verify the payment.
4. Effect on credits and clips
An approved refund, payment reversal or chargeback removes the unused paid and promotional balance connected to that payment. Credits already spent are not restored. Clips already unlocked remain listed in the account and can normally be downloaded again, unless access must be removed because of fraud, a rights dispute or a legal requirement.
5. Custom creator shoots
Custom shoots are quoted and confirmed separately. Any deposit, cancellation, revision and refund terms will be shown before that custom order is paid. Library credits do not currently pay for custom shoots.
6. Processing time
If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank controls when the funds appear. Transaction fees or currency differences may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
