Refund Policy
This Policy applies to UGC Ninja Pro subscriptions and one-time B-roll credit purchases. It does not limit refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. What you are buying
Pro is a $25 monthly subscription that adds 50 credits after each successful monthly payment. Each Pro credit grant expires 31 days after it is issued. Top-ups are one-time purchases at $1 per credit with a $50 minimum and those paid credits expire after 60 days. Your first paid purchase receives matching bonus credits, even if you have already used free credits. This bonus is granted once per account and expires after 31 days.
2. Before requesting a refund
If a download fails or a file is unavailable, contact Support first. We may restore the credit, repair the download or provide the correct file. A confirmed technical failure should not cost you a credit.
3. Refund requests
Credit purchases are generally final once credits have been used to unlock content. We review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, incorrect amounts or unresolved technical failures. Submit the request through Support with the account email and transaction details. We may request information needed to verify the payment.
You can cancel Pro at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; it does not automatically refund a completed payment.
4. Effect on credits and clips
An approved refund, payment reversal or chargeback removes the unused paid and promotional balance connected to that payment. Credits already spent are not restored. Clips already unlocked remain listed in the account and can normally be downloaded again, unless access must be removed because of fraud, a rights dispute or a legal requirement.
5. Custom UGC videos
Custom UGC videos are quoted and confirmed separately. Any deposit, cancellation, revision and refund terms will be shown before that custom order is paid. Library credits do not currently pay for custom UGC video requests.
6. Processing time
If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank controls when the funds appear. Transaction fees or currency differences may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
