UGC Ninja / Privacy
Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what UGC Ninja Company collects when you browse the B-roll library, create an account, buy credits, download clips, contact support or request a custom creator shoot.
1. Who controls your data
UGC Ninja Company, a Delaware corporation, is the controller of personal information covered by this Policy. Contact us through in-product Support or at ross@ugc.ninja.

3. Why we use it
- Provide accounts, credits, downloads, support and creator requests.
- Process payments, prevent duplicate credits and investigate fraud or abuse.
- Operate, secure, debug and improve the library and its performance.
- Understand acquisition and product usage, including conversion funnels.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting and rights-management obligations.
Where applicable, our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law and consent where consent is required.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate the product, including hosting, database, authentication and media-delivery providers, Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for product analytics, and support or infrastructure providers used to run the service. PayPal may process a payment only if that option is enabled and selected. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy obligations.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities or counterparties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing or sale. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Analytics and cookies
We use necessary cookies or similar storage for sign-in, security and account continuity. We may use Google Analytics to measure pages, interactions and acquisition sources. Analytics events are designed not to include passwords, full payment details, private briefs or message text. Browser controls can limit cookies, but necessary features may stop working.
6. International transfers
UGC Ninja and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on approved contractual safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
7. Retention
We keep account, credit and unlock records while your account is active and as needed to provide redownloads. When you delete an account, we delete its profile, credits, unlocks, requests, messages and linked first-party analytics. We may retain anonymized payment records and a one-way account hash for tax, fraud, legal and free-credit abuse prevention. Analytics data held by external providers follows the configured provider retention period. Backup deletion may take additional time.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, and may object to certain processing or withdraw consent. California residents may also request information about collection and disclosure and exercise rights without discrimination. Use the account data controls or contact Support. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service is completely secure, so please use a trusted sign-in account and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Children
The service is intended for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy as the product or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights.
